As the Director, Development Planning, Brett is responsible for planning, developing and improving processes for Century Group's wood frame development projects.

With over a decade of experience, he has overseen numerous large-scale wood frame projects totalling approximately 700 units across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Seattle. With a BCom from UBC, specializing in Real Estate and Finance, and accreditation from the Congress for the New Urbanism, Brett blends strategic acumen with a passion for design principles. His key strengths lie in process optimization, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to quality. Outside the office, Brett enjoys spending time with loved ones, hitting the slopes, and perfecting his golf swing.
